We, the undersigned, are asking for:

1. A minimum yearly stipend of $40,000 for Peabody College graduate student workers: This accounts for the extreme rise in the cost of living over the last year and longstanding underpayment relative to other colleges in the University.

2. All student fees are to be paid for by the College.

3. The College covers at least 75% of all dental and vision premiums for graduate students who choose to enroll in university-approved insurance plans.
