LS May/ June Parent/Caregiver-Teacher Conference Sign Up
Parent & Caregiver/Teacher Conferences will be held on Wednesday, May 31st through Friday, June 2nd from 12:45- 4:00 pm. Please select at least three preferred time slots and we will schedule a time for you. (Feel free to select as many time slots as you wish so that we have the most scheduling flexibility.)

This meeting will last for 35 minutes and can be held in-person or via Zoom.

Please have this filled out by Friday, May 26th. The form will be closed on Friday, May 26th. (After that time you can email the homeroom teacher directly and choose from available times.)
