Lincoln Middle School Parent Council AGM
Our AGM will occur using the TEAMS platform on Tuesday, Sept. 20th at 6:00 PM.
Please consider attending this virtual AGM meeting to assist us in electing our executive for the 2022-23 school year and to gain a connection with our school. A minimum of 18 participants are required to ensure we reach quorum. To receive your link to the meeting, please answer the questions below.

President - Chairs meetings, works in close consultation with the principal and the executive, and has the final vote in the event of a tie. The president is 1 of 3 members with signing authourity on expenditures.
Vice President - The Vice President stands in for the President when necessary. He/she assists in most matters with the President. The VP also has signing authority on expenditures.
Treasurer - is responsible for the financial accounting of the Parent Council. They also have signing authority for expenditures and are responsible for the annual financial audit.
Secretary - is responsible for providing copies of the previous minutes and current agenda at all Parent Council meetings. You attend meetings, take minutes and provide an emailed copy to the principal for posting on the school website.
