The event will be held virtually on December 9th from 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm (JST). It is a casual get-together we're we get to know each other, network and support. After a self-intro round we'll be moving to two break out rooms, the first one dedicated to research and NeurIPS, the second one dedicated to career advice in research and engineering (academia and industry).

Agenda

2:30 pm – Welcome words
2:35 pm – Blitz 自己紹介 – getting to know each other. Self-introduction by participants.
3:15 pm – Break out rooms
3:55 pm – Closing remarks
