I'll let you know from the off that my fee starts at £450 per month and I do recommend an ad spend of at least £1000 to allow for some testing if you are looking for sales and leads.  

However, if you have a smaller budget then this doesn't mean ads won't work for you.  All is not lost but you will be looking at an awareness campaign (eg page like, blog post) rather than going for sales or leads at this point. It's still possible to run ads on £10 a day.
