Full Year
$180 (beginner on an instrument) OR
$150 (second or subsequent year on the same instrument)

If you have a Community Services card
$144 - 20% discount (beginner on the instrument - includes the tutor book) OR
$120 - 20% discount (second or subsequent year on the same instrument)

If enrolling with a Community Services card, please come into the Shirley Intermediate School office and present your card to qualify for the discount or scan your card and email the image to triciat@sis.school.nz.

Performance Ensemble
FREE for enrolled students – students need to have been learning for at least one year unless recommended by their Tutor.

Music Theory
FREE for enrolled Year 4-8 students

Instrument Hire
(Open the "SDMS Information" document on the SDMS webpage for instrument hire costs.)

• I understand that the commitment to instrument lessons is for a whole year.
• I have read the conditions in the "SDMS Information" document and accept them.
• I understand that if my child leaves SDMS during the year no refund is possible and any hired instrument must be returned to the tutor at the last lesson or at the end of year concert.
• I take full responsibility for any hired instrument and its insurance.
• I will include payment in full upon registration.

No enrolment will be accepted unless accompanied by full fees.

Payments must be made online by direct credit to our bank account 03 1700 0180043 00 with your child’s initial and surname as the reference. If this isn’t possible, please come into the Shirley Intermediate School office where you can pay by EFT-POS or cash.

If you wish to learn more than one instrument please fill in a separate form for each instrument using the relevant form.
