Hello! Thanks for interested to vendor during the 150th Reunion Event!
During the reunion event, on Friday, June 28th and Saturday, June 29th, we will open the (Location TBA) for the vendors to display their products, business, art works to selling to the community. Handcrafted items only. Exception: CSDB staff, alumni, and families, and Deaf and Blind community members may offer direct sale items. You can set up booth on one day or both days, please pick your days in the questions below.
The location of vendors is To Be Announced TBA- possible in Argo Hall, Old Gym or other.
The space will be open at 10am and ends at 3pm.
Booth space available at 10' x 10' for $40 per day. The vendors may request for the 8 feet table and two chairs, please request below. The WiFi access would be provided for your phone to make online payment or other reasons, however it is recommend to use your personal hotspots.
Once you completed this form- we will contact you to make a payment for the vendor fee via PayPal. One you complete the form and payment, your spot is secured. If you haven't payment, you may loss the position.
Set up starts at 8:00am. Clean up start after 3pm and leave by 4pm. Please do NOT clean up before 3pm.
Rules- Please understand that CSDBAA and CSDB has no control or liable to your items being sold during the event, we will not responsible for damages, thief, or loss of the items from your vendors. The group or person are responsible to handle their own money and the space, we will not able to cover your space while you need to leaves for restroom or lunch break. You need to coordinating your group to support covering the booth throughout the day. Please limit to 2 person per vendors, the vendors is not included the admission to the reunion event. If you want to be part of the campus tour, or any reunion/anniversary events, you are expected to pay separate registration fees from www.csdbaa.org.
