2023/24 Golden City Elementary Title I Parent Survey ~ For All PreK-5 Parents
Your input is valued.  Please take a few minutes to let us know your opinion.

This information will be used to help us better serve you as parents, meet the needs of students, promote education throughout our community, and to plan upcoming parent involvement activities for our school..

We will go over the results at the Parent/Teacher Advisory Council meeting in conjunction with the May PTO meeting.

Fill out only one survey per family enrolled in Golden City Elementary whether online or paper for accurate reporting purposes.

This survey will close at the end of the school day on Friday, April 19th to tabulate and report findings.
