The Aspire Kids & Youth Project is funded by BBC Children in Need and recently Henry Smith Foundation. Aspire is for those children and young people in P.4-Y12.

Aspire offers a place for children and young people to feel safe, listened to, supported and encouraged. Aspire aims to increase children and young people’s confidence, social communication and well-being. This is through providing Homework Support, personal development, well-being and creative arts programmes.

The project is aimed for those who live around East Belfast Mission (BT4, BT5 or BT6), including those who may need extra support due to anxiety, low-confidence, English as a second language, ADHD or ASD.

We encourage all Aspire children and young people to attend sessions each week, if there is a lack of regular attendance, we may need to discuss offering your child's space to another child. This is a requirement with our current funders. (In this instance a discussion with Alannah will be organised to come to an agreement, as we understand there could be other circumstances involved).
