In order to be fully registered and accepted for tryouts, you must fill out this form and submit a clear headshot photo to youth@ultimatenl.ca. There are 4 sections in this form (General Info, Player Experience, Tryout Info, and Other Info).

Storm is encouraging athletes to sign up for the APSolute Athlete Program for the 2021 season. This program is through Atlantic Pro Sports and can be accessed through this link:
