We are collecting food for local food pantries during the month of July in the Minsi Trails Council area. This area includes the PA counties of Carbon, Lehigh, part of Luzerne, Monroe, Northampton and also Warren NJ. While we are keeping this to our service area, and Minsi Trails is hosting our web information, this is not the regular Scouting for Food collection. We are seeking help from the community to make this collection a success.
We have a need for many types of support, including:
- volunteers to advertise, pickup, sort, and distribute the collections
