Join Carolyn Anne Budgell in this 2-part series to look deeply and curiously into our own anxiety.
Anxiety is slowly beginning to impact the health of the masses, who avoid taking time to pause and look within.
This mindfulness series was designed by Carolyn to identify and cope with stress through breathwork and guided meditations. You can expect to learn about: anxiety, how it has helped you and impeded you, various styles of calming breathwork and meditations to shift the conditioned narrative within.
You will leave feeling grounded in a deeper understanding of how to create clarity within your spinning thoughts and how to evoke gentleness towards your patterns and tendencies.
All levels welcome.
