Please use this order form to order your Christ Church Junior School leavers hoody for 2020.

Hoody Style £19.50

-Light grey with green school logo on the right side front.  Dark green print to match school colours
-Students own name will appear in large letters above the '20' on back of hoody.  Everyones name will appear in the '20'. NB: we will only show names of students who have brought a hoody due to data protection regulations and parental consent.
-'Lockdown 2020' will be in small letters underneath the school logo

Payment can be made by bank transfer, details below.  These will also be  emailed to you upon completion of this form.  £19.50

Deadline for orders is 24 June.  No orders can be accepted after this date.

Adult sizing (approx.) - XS - size 8, Small - size 10, Medium - 12, Large - 14
