TGD Spring 2022 Volunteer Registration
Thank you for your interest in volunteering to help run Tennessee Game Days Spring 2022!  We truly could not put this event on without the individuals that are willing to give up a little of their gaming time so that the rest of the weekend is able to happen.  Please fill out this form as completely as you can and drop us a line if you have any questions.

If you volunteer to help for about four hours, you will receive some free stuff: your admission badge, a lunch during the weekend, access to early gaming Thursday night of TGD, a TGD hat and/or TGD mask, and possibly an invitation to the punch party (we didn't have one for the fall event, but if we do, it's another free lunch).

Note: We are unsure of our exact volunteer needs due to Covid challenges and a slightly smaller event.  If our volunteer slots fill up, and we have to decline your offer, you will still have the opportunity to purchase a regular admission ticket.  If we are getting close to capacity, we will have spots set aside. We favor returning volunteers, returning attendees, those filling the highest priority roles, and those with a more flexible schedule.

How are you willing to help? *
Registration / Library volunteers work 4 hours, often with a partner. Setup/Tear-down of the TGD Library requires lifting tubs of games and (de)assembling the library, up to 4 hours. Volunteering to teach games involves learning a new game in the weeks leading up to the event and teaching multiple groups how to play and guiding them through their play experience.  We aim for 4 hours but they are sometimes slightly shorter or longer.  Please be aware if you have other appointments.  More detailed descriptions can be found on the volunteer page (http://www.tngamedays.com/volunteer.html).
