East Coast Haunters Convention 2025 - Haunt Olympics Sign-Up

 We are so excited to have your attraction participate in the Haunt Olympics. This is meant to be fun and entertaining!! There are 6 separate Olympic events taking place at or near the Stage on both Saturday and Sunday. Each event utilizes anywhere from 1-5 people from your attraction. The Events will have separate rounds, so that all the Pit Haunts that are interested will have an opportunity to participate in that event. Each event will have as many rounds as needed to allow all Attractions to participate (limited to one entry per Attraction). You are ultimately racing against the clock. The sign up for the Olympics is included in this email. Please identify the contact person and phone number of each event you would like to participate in. Your Attraction may participate in one event or all of the events, it is completely up to you. We will have the contestants meet 15 minutes prior to the event at the side of the stage to check in and receive instructions.
For the best chance at winning, it is advised to participate in each of the following events since scores from each event will be added toward the grand total. Final trophy awards will be presented on Sunday, April 27th, at 2:45pm.

Graveyard Dash Part 1 (Olympics)  (Saturday, April 26th, starting at 12:15 PM)

**Each haunt must provide (4) participants, of which (1) must be willing to slide. 
Report to the stage at 12:00 PM.

Graveyard Dash Part 2 (Olympics)  (Saturday, April 26th, starting at 2:15 PM)

**Each haunt must provide (4) participants. Report to the stage at 2:00 PM.

Haunt Olympics Event #3: Screamin' Hot Sauce Challenge (Saturday, April 26th, starting at 3:15 PM)

**Each haunt must provide (1) participant (Owner / Operations Manager preferred) to go through progressively increasing Scoville units of hot sauce.  Report to the stage at 3:00 PM.

Haunt Olympics Event #4: Creepy Creative Costume, Make-Up, and Dance Challenge (Saturday, April 26th, starting at 4:15 PM)

**Each haunt must provide (3) participants, as well as their own tools to work on the costume and complete make-up application. Report to the stage at 4:00 PM.

Haunt Olympics Event #5: The Great Build-Off (Olympics)   (Sunday, April 27th, starting at 1:15 PM)

**Each haunt must provide (1) representative who will have only (20) minutes using their own tools and tricks to build and decorate a birdhouse as only a haunter can! Report to the stage at 1:00 PM.

Haunt Olympics Event #6:  Battle for the Pit   (Sunday, April 27th, starting at 2:10 PM)

**Each haunt must provide (5) participants. Report to the stage at 1:55 PM.
