As a Mentor, you can choose from various categories to share your expertise and knowledge with our learners.

1. Private Tuition Mentor: Students can book classes with you, and we'll facilitate this process. We retain 20% of each transaction amount as our service fee.

2. Full-Time Mentor: Share your extensive knowledge with our learners, and we'll share 58% of the revenue generated from your content with you.

3. Part-Time Mentor: Contribute to our platform part-time, and we'll still share 58% of the revenue from your content with you.

4. Course-Based Mentor: Offer specialised courses on our platform and receive compensation based on the agreed-upon terms.

1. Application: To get started, fill out our application form, providing your contact details and a link to a 7-10 minute demo video.

2. Demo Video: Your demo video should include an introduction (1-2 minutes), a 50-100 hour content plan for your subject (4-6 minutes), and a concise video teaching a specific topic (5-10 minutes). Please mention the subject and category you wish to teach and include your educational qualifications to support your application.

3. Discussion: If shortlisted, we will schedule a discussion to get to know you better.

4. Selection: Selected applicants will be informed about the next steps.

1. Will I become a MentorJi Educator after joining the program?
   Top performers may be offered a contract.

2. How many classes do I have to conduct during the program?
   You will be required to conduct a specified number of classes.

3. How will I get paid?
   Payment will be made as per your provided bank details.

4. Will MentorJi provide recording equipment?
   We will assess this on a case-by-case basis. You should have a laptop with a webcam and a good internet connection.

5. Will my classes be promoted by MentorJi?
   We do not promote specific classes.

6. What documentation is required for onboarding?
   PAN Card and a Government Issued ID are mandatory.

7. Will there be a referral policy?
   Yes, you may be eligible for a referral incentive.

8. Can I teach content from my YouTube channel?
   Yes, as long as it is educational and not the same as what you teach on MentorJi.
