Registration will be held at 11 AM April 15th - 19th, 2024 for both 2024-25 school semesters. Please complete an online application here according to the appropriate grade level.
• After School Program begins on the first day of school, August 5th, 2024, and runs through May 30th, 2025. Monday-Thursday, After School Program begins immediately after school and runs until 5:30 PM.
All Students are supposed to be picked up at 5:30
no later than 6:00 PM daily. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure their student is picked up by 6:00PM daily. Four times a week there is homework help and the rest are club activities of choice.
• When a child has not been picked up and no parent contact has been received, the following steps may be taken:
* The staff will try to contact the parent.
* The staff will contact persons on the emergency card and ask them to pick up the child immediately.
* The staff will contact Twin Rivers Police’s Department if all efforts to arrange pick-up have been unsuccessful.
If there is a repeated pattern, Child Protective Services may be called.
• Parents and students will have an opportunity to pick four clubs of their choice Mondays-Thursdays and four clubs on Fridays. From Monday to Thursday the first club is homework. Students are expected to follow all rules and participate in activities.
• Behavior warranting disciplinary action includes, but is not limited to, any act that is harmful or hinders cooperative play or activities.
• All regular school rules apply during the ASES Program.
• Students may be sent home early for disruptive behavior; a parent or guardian must be prepared to pick students up early if necessary.
• Behavior that would result in a school suspension warrants removal from the after school program.
• Participation in an After School Program is a privilege. Any student may be removed from the program for inappropriate or disruptive behavior or if the student has three violation notices.
• Items that are not allowed at school are not allowed in the Program. Please refer to the Parent/Student Handbook for more information regarding school rules and regulations.
• Parent conduct: For the safety of all students and staff, parents are expected to practice appropriate verbal and physical conduct while at the school site. Inappropriate conduct from a parent may lead to the student’s termination from the program.
