Application Form
If you are interested to participate for Dance Workshop with Moeno Wakamatsu 26 - 29 May 2023, please fill out the form and submit.   If you are making multiple applications for workshops between April and July 2023, then from the second application you can fill out just the required information (red star) -- unless your answer is different from the first application.

It is possible to take each week of workshop separately.  However, it is recommended for new people to take two weeks or more, especially if joining Week 3 Creation and Presentation.
Participation in individual days is also possible, but not for Week 3.   The pace of the class will be with the group who takes the full entire workshop.

Fee :
1 or 2 days : 60 € / day
3 or 4 days: 55 € / day
5 days: 50 € / day

To benefit from reduction price of more days, you must pay by Day 2 for the entire days you will be participating. 

Hours:  10:00 - 17:00   with 1 hour lunch pause.  Time can be adjusted with agreement of people.

Accommodation at La Perrotiere --
Our house is not a hotel.  You will be guests in a private house.   The house is quite old, so if you need comfort, please book a hotel.
Contributions for expenses is 45 € for 6 nights or 10 € /night for individual or additional nights. Cost is the same if you stay in the garden in tents or caravan.   Big part of the contribution goes towards sewage maintenance (as we are not on public line) and insurance.  The rest goes to energy cost, replacement of appliances, and general repairs.      
If you wish to have heating in your bedroom --- contribute an extra 8 euros/day per room (you can share the heated room with others and share the cost.) 

If anyone wishes to arrive earlier or later for travel cost reasons, it is possible for 10 € /night but only if you could help around the house and garden -- not if you are staying for holiday. 

Duration of Class:   Group of more than 8 people -- 6 hours.    Class will be a little shorter for smaller group as it will be more concentrated.

In case workshop does not have minimum number of participants:

For spring and autumn workshops, people are less free to travel to Normandy.  We confirm the workshop when we have 6 participants.    If less than 6 participants, there are 3 options.  Option 1. The workshop will be semi-private workshop, more concentrated, and the hours of class each day will be shorter but same fee.   Option 2.  The workshop will be semi-private workshop, we still work the same hours, but the fee will be a little higher, depending on number of participants.   Option 3.  We cancel the workshop.    Please check your preference.    For summer workshops, we normally do not have this situation.
Accommodation Dates at La Perrotiere

If you would like to stay at La Perrotiere during the workshop, please write the days of your stay including Arrival day and Departure day.   
If you are not staying at La Perrotiere, write "NONE".

CONTRIBUTION COSTS
- Utilities contribution is 45 € for 6 nights or 10 € /night for individual or additional nights. Cost is same if you stay in the garden in tents or caravan.   If you are commuting from your home or hotel, but use the kitchen and eat at La Perrotiere for lunch and dinner, please think to contribute 4 €/day.  Please bring sleeping bag or sheets (if you need to borrow towels or sheets, 5 €)

- For summer workshops (July/August), if you are participating 2 week or more, 50 € for 1 week (7 nights).

- Arrival day can be 1 or 2 days before the workshop.  Departure day is the day after workshop (or earlier).  Contributions for stays beyond departure day is 10 € per night.
