This form is not intended to commit drivers financially for 2025, but to consider, discuss & plan the expected support requirements throughout the upcoming season so we can tool up to support you. Adding events or drivers, adjusting schedules, and moving resources costs our team time and efficiency throughout the year.

Championship Drivers will receive 10% off race event support, as well as priority transport, team spares and support team selection, to support their heightened goals and commitment level.

Team Drivers & Development Drivers will receive the same rate if the event estimate is paid in full, 30 days prior to event departure.

Late Fee's We understand lives get busy and we trust their word when drivers verbally commit to an event. That said, please understand how much time and cost go into ordering parts, preparing cars, and booking staff, accommodations & meals prior to every race weekend. Like vacations and flights, full payment is expected in order to secure your spot. The following late fee's will be applied moving forward:

Late confirmation: A 10% fee will be applied for drivers financially committing within 30 days of an event departure

2 week float: A 25% fee will be applied for any remaining event balance owing within 2 weeks of an event departure

Floated race: A 50% fee will be applied for any remaining event balance owing after an event departure
