Vendors agree to follow all terms and conditions noted below. Failure to follow them may result in removing vendor privileges, immediate cessation of operations, and vacation of premises.

1. SEEDS of Healing, Incorporated (SOH, Inc.) has no source of income for this event other than sponsors and vendor fees.

2. #ThinkREDILM wishes to remain a community event. Nudity, indecency, or conduct inappropriate for a mixed audience will not be allowed. Information and items of a graphic sexual nature are illegal and cannot be distributed. Information or articles provided for education regarding sexuality or safe sex are invited.

3. #ThinkREDILM cannot guarantee the weather or the size of the crowd or otherwise assure against potential disaster. Therefore, no refunds will be provided if your organization or business cannot realize its expectations on the event day. No rain date is planned since the event will occur even if it rains.

4. Vendors must always display vendor tags visibly during the #ThinkREDILM. Defacement, exchange, or alteration of vendor tags may result in the removal of vendor privileges.

5. Noise, smoke, or visual displays shall not interfere with neighboring vendors or the public’s enjoyment. Be reasonable in determining your choice of sight, sound, and other special effects. #ThinkREDILM Committee reserves the right to judge whether a booth is causing interference and ask for the removal of any special effects causing the interference.

6. Vendors agree not to make substantial changes to items they plan to sell or give away and agree not to misrepresent the nature of their organization. #ThinkREDILM Committee reserves the right to remove vendor privileges if substantial changes are not approved.

7. Vendors agree to clean up their booth area after the end of the event and remove any items brought by the vendor.

8. Vendors agree to arrive no later than noon (without special written permission) the day of the #ThinkREDILM and remove booths and items by 3:00 pm.

9. Vendors agree to hold the #ThinkREDILM Committee harmless from all liability related to loss, damage, or injury to persons or property in any manner arising out of the performance of this agreement, whether resulting from negligence or not.

10. Vendors shall not sublet, share, or give their booth space to anyone else. Non-profits may not allow their booths to be used by “for-profit” vendors.

11. Vendors are responsible for all sales taxes, licenses, and insurance required by law.

12. Generators provided by the vendor must not produce smoke/noise that will interfere with the enjoyment of the festival by others.

Vendor notes: space will be assigned by the #ThinkREDILM committee and will be indicated AT CHECK-IN. Parking space is limited, and you may be required to park on the street. There is no place to store your items other than your booth location. No electricity, tables, chairs, or tents will be provided. Tents are recommended for all vendors at this #ThinkREDILM.
