Homeschool Fall Session Registration
This form is for our Homeschool Ballet Session for ages 5 to 10 from September 12 to December 4 finishing with our annual Winter Celebration performance at Whitefish Performing Arts Center.

$210 includes 12 weeks of ballet classes. Dancers in these sessions will use Noble Dance costumes for the performance in December.

To Register:
1). Fill out the form.
2). Return to our website registration page
3). Complete your payment to finalize enrollment. Use our site to pay through PayPal - account not required - or send a check to 7 Main St, Kalispell MT 59901.

You will receive a confirmation email within 3 business days (M-F) of submitting your form with important dates, school info, and your class time.

Your registration and class placement are not guaranteed until payment is received.
