If you selected "Another type of out-of-school program" above, please specify the kind of program. 
In the registration confirmation email you will receive, you will find a link to another online form, which must be completed in order to receive the Box at the end of the training. This form asks about the anticipated use of the Camp-in-a-Box with your OST program (e.g., the number of children you think will participate, their grade ranges, languages represented by the children, etc.). The confirmation email will include details about the questions in the form.
