Spring Semester Mentee Interest Form
Hello! We are "Service Through Mentorship", a club at Lambert High School aimed at helping middle schoolers be more prepared for high school!

Please fill out this form if you are interested in becoming a mentee for our club's mentorship program in the 2021 spring semester!

The mentorship program is where we will pair a middle schooler with a qualified high schooler. This will allow for the middle schooler to be more aware of how high school is like, from a current high schooler's perspective! During the mentorship program, we will have monthly themes, such as goal-setting and time-management, which will give the middle schooler helpful strategies and tips for them to succeed in a new high school setting!

During these unprecedented times, we want to make sure middle schoolers continue to be prepared for high school, as many things change between 8th and 9th grade! Our mentorship experience will allow them to continue to succeed, despite any unknowing circumstances they may face.
