Each box contains 6 Chocolate-Chip Cookies, 4 Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries, 4 Lemon Bars, and 6 Shortbread Cookies. Boxes are $20 each. A week of summer camp for 1 child is $380.

FOUR STEPS to order your Camp Bethel Mother's Day Dessert Box:
All orders are due Wednesday, May 5, 2021 before NOON.

1. Fill out your personal information at the beginning of this form.

2. Select how many dessert boxes you would like to order.

3. Write the time and location of your pick-up.
Pick-up at the Camp Bethel Office is from 10am - 4pm, Friday, May 7, 2021 (328 Bethel Road, Fincastle, VA 24090) or
SPECIAL PICK-UP at the Oak Grove Church of the Brethren parking lot is from 4:30pm-6:30pm, Friday, May 7, 2021 (2138 McVitty Road SW, Roanoke, VA 24018).

Pick-up at Camp Bethel:
Your items will be waiting for you at the Camp Bethel Office. If you need an alternate pick-up time, contact us at CampBethelArk@gmail.com.

Pick-up at Oak Grove Church of the Brethren: Pick-up is in the parking lot behind the church.

4. Make your payment at www.CampBethelVirginia.org/payment. We will NOT reserve your item(s) until we receive your payment, and you cannot pick up your item(s) until you have made your payment. All orders are due Wednesday, May 5, 2021 before NOON. After clicking "SUBMIT" at the bottom of this form, you will see a confirmation message containing the same link to our online payment page.
