Food Service Survey
Entering your information will allow for planning the number of meals needed for each building. Filling out this survey does NOT commit you to any food service contract.
Mason Consolidated School's food service provider, the Nutrition Group, is requesting parents fill out the following survey in order to prepare for the 2020-2021 school lunch program. Free/Reduced lunches and breakfast program will be available for those who qualify. Please answer this survey regardless of free lunch qualification.
Full pay meal prices for the 2020-2021 school year are as follows:  Elementary Breakfast: $1.15, Elementary Lunch: $2.80, MS/HS Breakfast: $1.25, MS/HS Lunch: $3.20. All lunches will follow U.S. Nutritional Guidelines for schools. Additional information will follow once school starts.
