Energy Audit Kit Policies & Agreements:  The Energy Audit Kit will be inspected before you receive the kit from REFLO to ensure that all components are present and intact. Using the checklist, please inspect the contents of the kit when receiving the kit and before returning it to REFLO. This resource, including the contents and the case, is valued at approximately $1,090.00. As the Borrower, you are accepting responsibility for the return of all items in the kit in the same condition in which they were received, normal wear and tear to be expected. The Borrower agrees to pay for any missing or damaged materials in the kit or of the storage bin itself. As the Borrower, you are also agreeing to participate in evaluation of the kit. An evaluation form will be emailed to you. REFLO may also contact you for follow up evaluation. By checking the box below you agree to accept the terms and conditions stated above. *
