We are a Thriving Communities Technical Assistance Center (TCTAC) serving community-based organizations and Tribes in EPA Region 10 (Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington). Our goal is to work with groups to strengthen their capacity and effectiveness in accessing funding to address environmental justice issues in their communities.
