To complete this form you will need to know the expected number of students attending per voice part and their t-shirt sizes. The event will be held on Thursday, November 2nd at the LaSells Stewart Center on the Oregon State University campus. $225 per school, regardless of your numbers.
This fee does not include the festival t-shirt.
Students/schools are responsible for sheet music and meals. Music info available on the webpage.

T-shirt ordering is optional, and $6 per shirt.

Schools will be invoiced to the email provided in this registration.
