REQUIRED AT TIME OF APPLICATION. Please provide 2 documents for proof of residence (i.e. utility bill, paycheck). Failure to provide proof of residence will result in the denial of the student's open enrollment application. Proof of residence can also be emailed to the Board of Education Main Office to
office@margsd.com; uploaded to your student's Final Forms document file; or delivered to the Board Office.
(New students may start a Final Forms application in the next school year to create the file access. Returning students can add to current or next year's profile.)
The following documents serve as evidence of primary residence. You must provide 2 documents (showing your residential address, date, and the business name)of any of the following: utility bill, paycheck/pay stub, bank statement, home/renters insurance declaration, property tax bill, medical bill, USPS change of address confirmation. Proof of residency is required each year. Pictures of statements in envelopes are not acceptable.
