This application form is for the 2020 Misfit Winter Program running January to March.

Applications are due December 20th. Players will be notified of their acceptance by December 28th.

The Winter Program is geared towards Vancouver's elite players, selections will be made based on players' previous competitive ultimate experience and their competitive ultimate goals.

Note that preference may be given to players who are able to attend the tournament. Required fees will not be reduced if you are unable to attend. Players are required to have valid travel insurance to travel.
