Summer Fun!
Thank you for your interest in our 4-H Summer Day Camps! To register, please complete and submit the below form.

4-H members and non-members* are welcome to attend these programs. Our 4-H Day Camps are for children in grades K-5 (your grade is the one you complete at the end of the 2023 school year).

*PLEASE NOTE: Youth who are not enrolled in 4-H are required to complete a signed authorization form prior to participation (for insurance purposes). Please print this form out and send to the Extension Office.

Each of these day camps require a minimum registration of 8 participants to be held. Cost is $5 per camp and is non refundable. In the event of inclement weather, the camps will have to be cancelled. Updates will be posted on our Facebook page: jacksoncountymnh4.

Unfortunately, transportation is not provided.
