Critical Key Worker /EHCP / Other Vulnerable Child Information Form - Harrow Way

As we have been further instructed to have an additional staggered start to include Year 11 from 4th January we are again providing a limited number of spaces for Year 11 children of Key Workers and students that come under the 'Vulnerable' category.

Please only complete this form if you believe your Year 11 child fits these criteria.

Complete this form if you believe both parents or a single parent family are "Critical Key Workers" or your child is considered to be Vulnerable. The link to the Critical Key Worker definitions is contained in the email sent to you wtih this form. Vulnerable children include those who are Looked After (LAC), those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP), those who are on a Child Protection Plan (CPP), those who are on a Child In Need Plan (CIN) and those with an Early Help Assessment (EHA) in place. However, please put your information below. Unless you hear from us, please assume your child is able to attend school on 4th January as normal.
