Thank you for taking the time to assist us in validating if there is interest for seniors housing within the Township of Wainfleet.  We are seeking responses from residents ages 50+ who are happy where they are living, or those who would consider moving within the Township to more suitable housing.

This survey consists of 12 questions and should take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete.  This survey is anonymous however, you will have an opportunity to provide contact information if you would like more information regarding this initiative, or are interested in joining the committee.
