Do you want to help shape the future of communities? Co-op Foundation wants to hear from you!
Co-op colleagues should apply through this link only (https://forms.gle/sxpVVwkh815TGSxT8)

📢  ABOUT THIS PROJECT:
Beatfreeks (www.beatfreeks.com) is helping Co-op's charity, the Co-op Foundation (www.coopfoundation.org.uk) find out what young people think fair communities should look like in 10 years' time. We’d love to hear your views!

🔎 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for 10 groups of eight young people, who are 16 to 25 years old, from across the UK. We want to hear about your passion and enthusiasm for helping your community! We’d love a wide range of voices to be heard on what communities could and should look like in 10 years’ time.

🎥  WHAT’S INVOLVED?
We’ll invite successful applicants to take part in a two-hour interactive workshop, where we'll discuss lots of different topics about communities and share ideas.

For the workshops we'll ask participants to have cameras turned on, because seeing who we’re talking to leads to a much better experience for everyone. The sessions will also be recorded, so our researcher can analyse the key topics from discussions and learn all about your hopes for future communities.

💖  WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?
✨ Opportunity to gain experience of working in a focus group
✨ Experience of working with other young people to influence change
✨ £50 bursary (not available for Co-op colleagues)

✍️ HOW TO TAKE PART:
1. Complete this application form and tell us a bit about yourself!
2. If selected, you will receive a confirmation email from our team. We will also send out any additional information and consent forms.
3.Once we’ve received your consent forms, you’ll receive a Zoom invite over email, with joining instructions and details of what to expect on the call. After the workshop has ended, you will be contacted by our team and receive a bursary of £50 for your time.
