The North Carolina Petroleum and Convenience Marketers offers an exciting annual program to recognize excellence in store management for its member stores located in North Carolina—the Store Manager of the Year Award. We want to hear about your deserving employee!
The recipient of the Store Manager of the Year Award will receive a complimentary trip to this year's Summer Convention including registration fees for the recipient and one guest, lodging, and $300 in spending money to cover travel expenses and food.
In order to select the “best of the best,” we need your help. Please take a few minutes to tell us about an individual you feel deserves the honor of Store Manager of the Year. Because of the increasing number of entries each year, we encourage you to include all information — including letters of commendation — that will help your candidate stand out among other nominees.
The NCPCM Board of Directors feels that this program is an excellent way to honor an individual who has demonstrated commitment and service to his or her company, our Association, and the community.
To nominate an employee, please complete this form by April 15th. You may email additional documentation, including letters of commendation to
scox@ncpcm.org. Additional documentation must be received before the due date in order to be considered.
