Tahquitz High School has partnered with Parchment to order and send your transcript and other credentials electronically. This link will open a new browser. Current students and those that have graduated in 2021 or after may still request a free transcript through our google form.

PARCHMENT LINK: IF YOU GRADUATED in 2010 or after OR need an electronic transcript sent, please request your transcripts through http://www.parchment.com/u/registration/197935/account there is a fee associated with this request.

TO OBTAIN ACT & SAT SCORES, PLEASE GO TO THE COLLEGE BOARD WEBSITE https://www.collegeboard.org/ 

IF YOU ARE WITHDRAWING(NOT A GRADUATE) from Tahquitz High School your parent needs to come into the office to fill out a Student Withdrawal form and return all school property. DO NOT request an Official Transcript the new school will make the request.

A transcript ordered through the school's google form will only be mailed to Educational Institutions, Military, Insurance Offices, or Scholarship Committees, all other requests must be picked up at our office or ordered through www.parchment.com.  Transcripts will not be mailed to Home Addresses through the google form request.

Requested 2024 Final Transcripts will be mailed to your University/College starting the week of June 10th.  All those requested by June 24th will be placed in the mail by June 27th.  Mailed Final transcripts will take a couple of weeks to be received and updated by your college.
