Find Your Path's Student Application for 2021-22 Tutoring Program
We are excited to announce that this school year we will run our first ever Tutoring Program. The program will  run for the 2021-22 school year on Monday to Thursday from 4-7pm. The program will start on October 4th 2021 and end on June 23rd, 2022. Online sessions will run every Monday to Thursday from 4-7pm over Zoom. This program is designed for students in Grade 6 - 10 who are struggling with English, Math or Science. Each student will be paired up with a tutor who has a significant amount of experience with their subject and will have weekly, one-hour, 1-on-1 tutoring sessions with them for the school year. Priority for entrance to this program will be given to low-income students and Black-identifying students.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
-  Currently in grade 6, 7,8, 9, or 10
-  Currently having trouble with either English, Math or Science at the grade 6 - 10 level
