Australia Together is Australia's first long term plan for a better society, environment, economy and democracy by 2050 or sooner. It is being built by Australians for Australians with the assistance of Australian Community Futures Planning (ACFP).

The plan contains a draft Vision with:
- 17 statements describing the life we wish to lead as Australians by 2050 and
- 57 draft Direction statements of the safe routes toward the Vision.
