Mask Options

1. Fabric. Please see our Facebook Event page or the bottom of this form for available fabrics, or you can specify "no preference" or "masculine/feminine/children's".

2. Style. Choose which style mask you would prefer - contour, rectangular, or child-size rectangular (small child=7x5.5" and large child is 8x6") or child contour (small = 7"x4.25" and large = 7.5"x4.75"). All include a pipe cleaner on the upper edge so you can fit it securely to your nose for the best protection. Denim type fabrics can only be used for contour style masks.

3. Securing. Choose whether you would like elastic ear loops or elastic around the head. Around the head generally provides a more comfortable fit. We recommend around the head for younger children as well, as they would tend to pull them mask off otherwise.

Please tell us what you want your masks to look like in the field below. Please also let us know whether you prefer a porch pickup in Walpole or to receive your masks by mail.

For example, if you are ordering 3 masks you could type (on separate lines is easier for us to track) "Mask 1 - Fabric #21, Contour, Ear Loops. Mask 2 - Fabric #3, Rectangular, Head Elastic. Mask 3 - Fabric #35, Small Child Rectangular, Ear Loops. Please also note whether you can do a porch pickup in Walpole or your address if you need them mailed.

Donations - will we send you one mask for every $10 donation (please add $5 per sports team mask, as these licensed fabrics are more expensive). If you'd like your masks mailed instead of no-contact porch pickup, please consider adding a little more if you can to help cover shipping costs (we post via priority mail so you get them quickly, which runs between $6-$9).
