B.A.S.E Cohort 3 - 2021
We are looking for new cohort members for the 3rd year of our Build Art Space Equitably (B.A.S.E.) program, launched by the City of Seattle's Office of Arts & Culture.

B.A.S.E. responds to the concerns we have heard from within Black, Indigenous and communities of color about gentrification and displacement, and the need to gain capacity in cultural space development for the stabilization, growth, and sustainability of community-led space. As Seattle is experiencing some of the strongest displacement pressures in the country, the pressures are pushing disproportionately on vulnerable communities. The B.A.S.E cohort lives at the intersection of these pressures by bringing together real estate developers and arts & culture entrepreneurs into community by learning, providing tools, and networking together.

If interested, please fill out the application form below. Applications are due by 11:59 P.M. on September 28th!
