I hereby acknowledge that Triathlon and associated multi-sports can be dangerous, physically demanding and that all members participate at their own risk.      Solihull Triathlon Club/The Committee will not accept any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or property howsoever caused.                                        Solihull Triathlon Club recommends joining BritishTriathlon which includes public liability insurance and personal accident insurance cover while you are training and racing in permitted events during your BTF membership.                                                                               I agree to abide by the rules of Solihull Triathlon Club, the BTF and any Clubs or venues that may be used during Club activities.                                                          The club recommends that members should consult their doctor before participating in club training sessions or competitions.                                                        I have declared all relevant health conditions on the form.                                                                                              I will inform coaches of all any relevant health problems, at the beginning of each club training session.                                                                                           I confirm that my child, a current member, who is over 14 years old, is interested in accessing adult sessions with Solihull Triathlon.                                                                    I confirm that I have read and agree to Solihull Triathlon Club’s Safeguarding policy,                                              Codes of  Conduct and considerations relating to Junior Club members over 14 years old accessing adult sessions *
