Total your fees as you fill out the application and include the total at the end of the form. You may submit the form electronically with credit card payment or print the PDF version on our website and mail the application with a check, to Pride Lafayette Inc, ATTN: OUTFest Vendor, 640 Main Street, Lafayette, Indiana 47901Pride Lafayette Inc. reserves the right to refuse any vendor found to be inappropriate for the event, or if multiple vendors with similar merchandise apply. Booth pricing is tiered to encourage early registration. Consideration will be given to vendors on a first come first serve basis. We will not accept vendor application after July 23, 2024. OUTFest 2024 will be held August 17, 2024, 4pm - 12 midnight. Note: No refunds for cancellations
