Growing up, you’ve been told by your parents-religious leaders-teachers, “You must study hard, you must do this, you can’t do that!” many times over. When you started a new job your manager/boss told you, “You must be serious in doing what you do, you must look professional!”

But... what about that child inside of you that wants to be silly, that whilst doing your job still having fun, be joyful and not full of dread? Can you dance like nobody’s watching? Or have you been pre-conditioned to be so serious, your body becomes so stiff you don’t know how to let loose anymore?
