Screencasting Basics
Learn the basics of “screencasting”, recording videos of action taking place on your screen. You can create screencasts of a lecture supported by slides or as a way to demonstrate software or a website. We will look at the workflow of creating a screencast using the free tool "Screencast-o-matic". You will also learn how to make your screencasts accessible by uploading them to YuJa to add captions and make them easy to view in Canvas. Come ready to create a short screencast during the hands-on portion of the workshop. Instructor: Hedrick Ellis
