Thanks for volunteering to make our 2nd Annual Chamber Cup a smashing success. Last year we pulled this together with 1.5 people and six weeks. This year we have more time to plan, so jump in and help make this the best golf tournament in the Estes Valley. It's a great way to meet the community.

Volunteer Positions

Volunteer Coordinator - someone to help recruit volunteers and serve as the point person (like a volunteer "Cruise Director") for the day, will require attending a few meetings in advance to help plan & coordinate volunteers

Marketing Volunteer - convert the 2020 campaign assets to 2020 and run the promotion, including moderating social feeds for questions

Photographer - take photos throughout the day, from the luncheon to the closing ceremony, and submit photos/videos through Google drive at the end of the day

Emcee - for the opening & closing ceremonies

Registration - we need 3 people available for the registration booth at the event from 12-2 to assist with check in and ticket sales

Beer Stand - we need 4 volunteers to host the beverage stations on the golf course

Set up - we need 4 people to help with set up from 10 a.m. - noon on August 13

Tear down - we need 4 people to help with tear down from 5 - 7 p.m. on August 13

Auction docent - to "host" the silent auction on the lower level of the clubhouse, in shifts from 12 - 1:30, 1:30 - 3, 3 - 4:30, and 4:30 to close

Contest docents - Insurance requires we have 4 volunteers to be stationed at holes with various contests (hole-in-one, longest drive, etc.) to serve as a witness
