The matsci.org forum is intended as a long-term effort to help the materials science community grow, and we actively welcome new projects to join. The forum is intended as a neutral space without preference to one particular project or code. Categories are listed on the homepage in order of most recent activity.

Each project will be given its own category with customizable banner and landing page, and representatives from the project will be given moderation tools for their category and bylines to show that they are official representatives of their respective project. If, at any point, you would like to leave the forum after joining, project administrators will have the ability to export their posts.

**Note: there is currently a wait list as we process previous requests, so there may be a delay to receive a response. Enquiries will be responded to in the order they come in.**
