According to Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679
of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection), I would like to inform you that:

We process all personal data for the purposes related to the current cooperation, maintaining mutual relations or the desire to establish cooperation in the future. The legal basis for the processing of your data is:
a) taking steps to conclude a contract, concluded contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR) - in a situation where we have established cooperation, the processing of your data is needed to conclude the contract, its implementation and mutual settlements
b) an obligation expressed in a legal provision (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR) - in a situation where the provisions (in particular) of tax law impose obligations on the Administrator to store data;
the legitimate interest we pursue (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR)
c) in a situation when we terminate cooperation, we will continue to store certain information for the purpose of possible determination, investigation or defense against claims and for archival (evidence) purposes in the event of legal need to prove the facts.
The recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtaining personal data on the basis of legal provisions. We do not plan to transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing listed in point. 2:
- with regard to the conclusion and performance of the contract, establishing, investigating or defending against claims - until the completion of its implementation, and after that time for the period required by law or to secure any claims (i.e. the longest possible period of limitation of claims under this contract );
- in relation to data processed in order to fulfill legal obligations - for the period in which the regulations require the Administrator to store data;
- with regard to internal administrative purposes, for archival purposes - until fulfilling the legitimate interests of the Administrator constituting the basis for data processing or until you object to such processing.
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
- the right to access personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of this data;
- the right to request rectification (correction) of personal data;
- the right to request the deletion of personal data (the so-called right to be forgotten);
- the right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data;
- the right to data portability;
- the right to object to data processing.
In situations where the processing of data is based on your consent to the processing of data, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. The exercise of the right to withdraw consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that took place until the consent was withdrawn.
If you become aware of the unlawful processing of your personal data by the Administrator, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00 - 193 Warsaw.
To the extent that the processing of your personal data takes place in order to conclude and perform a contract with the Administrator, providing your data by you is a condition for concluding this contract. Providing data is voluntary, but if it is not provided, the conclusion and performance of the contract will be impossible.
Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including the form of profiling.
