The GSDR workshop in Lima, Peru, will provide an opportunity to collect inputs from experts in Latin America and Caribbean. Of the six entry points in the report, the workshop will focus in particular on a subset of three:

1) Strengthening human wellbeing and capabilities

2) Building sustainable food systems and healthy nutrition patterns

3) Securing the global environmental commons

Please consider these three entry points and share an opportunity, good practice, or solution that you have encountered in your work or research that grew out of points of intersection and interaction among actors, levers, and/or sectors in these entry points. Your example should highlight practical tools and interventions to accelerate progress in the implementation of the SDGs. In thinking about these interventions, the following guiding questions can be considered.

• What were the levers (tools and interventions) used to bring about this positive change? Were there any impediments to applying the levers and how were these overcome?
• Who were the key actors and how did they interact in new/innovative ways? Were there impediments to actors from different sectors or thematical fields working together and if so, how were these overcome?
• How did this intervention generate synergies (and manage trade-offs) among multiple SDGs? Were there any surprise outcomes including spillovers to other countries or regions?
• How particular is the intervention to a given context? What adjustments would be required to support the transformation in other contexts to scale up impacts?
• What would help ensure that this intervention would address inequalities including gender inequality, reach those at risk of being left behind, and build resilience against shocks?
