Dear parents, thats super nice that you are going to join our lessons! We are super happy and welcome to our circle. We try to make everyone as much comfortable as it possible aside of the lessons itself and its payment, so please read and fill in this form. Also, if you have any suggestions, you are welcome to express them in any form.
Lessons we offer:
Baby music Tuesday 10:00 for kids 6m to 3y.o.
1. After you will sign up this form we will add your number to the whats app group, we promise not to spam you but just send short notifications, lets say if someone get sick, come later or will not come or teacher will ask to bring something for the lesson. Sometimes we ask to bring let's say a favourite toy or clothing for a themed lessons.
2. Subscription costs 38 eur per month, no taxes, we are tax free, first payment is 53 eur which includes 15 eur intake fee. Do not worry if you skipped 1-2 lessons, we will do a couple of more lessons in a year as kids events which you do not have to pay extra but then these money will cover that days then.
If you need to stop completely the subscription you can do it with 1 month notice. If you wanna pause because let's say lockdown or child is sick longer than 2 weeks or you go for a super long holidays,, then please send us the mail and we will pause your subscription immediately until the date of your return.

As we do not store any financial information from you.
4. We care about you and your kids, so please have no hesiatation to use our facility and hospitality. We gladly will make a cup of tea or coffee for you before or after the lesson, you just have ask, in the toilet we have a changing table, if you need to feed your child after the lesson, please feel free to do it, we reserve some extra time after, so you do not have to hurry up. Also, we would be grateful a lot if you sometimes would donate for coffee/tea some amount in our spare pot.
5. Please come into the studio with or spare shoes or make sure you have socks :-) So shoes off :-) Especially in the raining day.
6. If you forgot something in the studio, please send in whats app group the message and we will try to find your item or maybe someone have seen it and can help to find it.
