Food Preservation Class Registration
Hi there! Thank you for your interest in the Food Preservation Class Series, I look forward to exploring this topic with you. 

Please choose the class(es) that best fit your needs from the list below. To keep the class affordable and reduce cost, I offer two simple payment methods, Venmo where you can find me as @gastronome, or Zelle with my email paula.thomas@hotmail.com. 
Once registered, I'll send you an email with more information about the class, including address and logistics. 

For these classes, we meet in my home studio in North City Park, Denver. The address and directions are part of the welcome package once you register and pay for a class.

Cancellation Policy 

Due to limited spots, we request that you cancel at least 1 week before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or via email. 
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. 
Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will receive a 50%refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours won't receive a refund, however could transfer the spot to another person.

Cooking Class Waiver: By registering for this class you accept the terms of the waiver below. 

"In consideration of participating in cooking classes with Paula Thomas, I acknowledge and understand the dangers and risks inherent in such activities related to preparing food, consuming certain foods and working with tools and appliances. I hereby waive, release, and discharge Paula Thomas against any and all claims, demands, action or causes of action for costs, expenses or damages to personal property or personal injury, which may result from my participation in these activities.

I understand that it is my responsibility to notify the event host(s) of emergency medical information and have informed the instructor of ANY food allergies/or dietary restrictions."
